Simple Application & Cleanup

• Simple to Apply: Clean surface and apply the stain with a paint brush. No topcoat sealer needed.
• Excellent Coverage: Average coverage of 250-500 sf per gallon. Produces a high impact, low cost color update. Helpful for color matching and blending of color on masonry surfaces.
• Soap & Water Cleanup: Easy cleanup with soap and water.

Application & Surface Suitability

• Apply to Dry Brick, Stone or Concrete: Ensure masonry surfaces are fully dry before application and re-coating. Allow new mortar to cure for at least 14 days prior to staining.
• Not Suitable for Horizontal/Wet Area Use: While this product can be used for exterior walls and properly prepared interior concrete floors (non-commercial applications), we recommend avoiding application on horizontal-exterior surfaces and areas prone to water pooling. Not intended for use in pools, fountains, or showers.
• Best for Porous Surfaces: Achieve optimal results on porous masonry surfaces.
