• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the time of order placement. Pallet-sized shipments typically ship in 1 to 2 weeks.

• Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping via UPS or USPS for small parcels. The carrier is selected depending on customer selected shipping speed, cost, and order weight. 

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

• Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping option chosen. Typically, small parcel standard ground shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days after your order is fulfilled.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
